BEFORE YOU ORDER

Shipping & assembly

Ask a question ↗
Shipping & delivery

Confirm delivery availability, freight charges, unloading arrangements, and the delivery window for your destination before ordering. Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages.

Assembly

Assembly requirements vary by model. Read the applicable instructions and identify the required tools before starting. If a step or inspection is outside your experience, obtain qualified assistance.

WARRANTY & OWNERSHIP

Warranty & product information

Product-specific written terms apply. Contact us about coverage, service, or documents for your selected model.

Warranty coverage

A warranty explains how a covered problem is assessed and what remedy is available. A parts warranty, an engine warranty, and a complete-vehicle warranty are different forms of coverage; one should not be taken to include the others. The written terms supplied for your order identify the applicable duration, components, and conditions.

Keep your invoice, model identification, and warranty documents together. If a problem develops, record when it started and which component is affected before contacting support. Describe the fault before authorizing repairs, buying replacement parts, or returning equipment.

Parts, workshop labor, transport, towing, and outside repair charges are separate cost categories. The applicable terms determine which are included. This guide does not add a warranty period or free service that is absent from those terms.

Warranty limitations & wear items

Manufacturing faults, damage during transport, and deterioration through use are different issues. Reporting what happened, rather than only naming the failed part, helps identify the appropriate next step.

Terms may address collisions, modifications, competition use, incorrect fluids, or maintenance history separately. Tires, brake components, filters, lubricants, and other service items also require periodic attention. A component being mentioned here does not establish that it is covered or excluded: the actual warranty controls.

Before an inspection or outside repair, retain photographs and any relevant service records. Avoid discarding the original part until you have received the instructions applicable to your case.

Requesting warranty or technical assistance

A clear first message can reduce repeated questions. Explain the symptom, when it began, whether it is constant or intermittent, and what was happening immediately before it appeared. Mention any assembly, servicing, or changes already performed.

For a visible issue, include a wider view showing its location and a close view of the affected area. A short recording can help describe an intermittent sound or behavior when it can be captured safely. Do not operate unsafe equipment merely to make a video.

  • Order number and exact model; serial number or VIN when available.
  • A concise fault description and any displayed error message.
  • Relevant photos, with the affected component clearly identified.
  • Previous correspondence or repair references, so the same issue can be followed consistently.

Replacement parts & model identification

Similar-looking vehicles can use different components. Match a replacement to the exact model and configuration, not just the body color or a photograph. A parts diagram, original part marking, connector view, or measurement may help distinguish versions.

Describe which part is needed and where it fits. Include its reference number if known and photographs of the original component. Keep the original until compatibility and any return instructions have been established. Availability, price, and delivery timing depend on the item requested.

Receiving, unpacking & delivery concerns

Track the shipment and plan how it can be received and moved safely. Large crates and small parcels have different handling needs; do not assume that access, unloading assistance, or placement inside a building is included.

Photograph the outer packaging, labels, and any visible impact before unpacking. Compare the delivered items with the order information and retain the packaging while checking the contents. If anything appears damaged or missing, document its condition and report it promptly through the applicable order-support channel.

A delivery concern should identify the order, shipment reference, affected item, and supporting photos. Follow the carrier’s and seller’s actual reporting instructions. This guide does not create a claim deadline or a guarantee of a particular delivery service.

Assembly, setup & ongoing maintenance

Read the instructions for the exact model before starting assembly. Identify the supplied components and required tools, and work in a suitable space. Photographs of the packed contents can help if a component or fitting needs to be identified later.

The amount of assembly varies. A photograph of a complete vehicle is not a statement that the shipment arrives ready to operate. If a step, adjustment, or inspection is outside your experience, obtain qualified assistance instead of guessing.

Use the model manual for fluid specifications, charging instructions, inspection points, and service intervals. Gas-engine, electric-drive, battery, and protective-equipment instructions are not interchangeable. Keep a dated record of servicing and stop using equipment if a condition appears unsafe.

Order processing & rush requests

Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. A processing estimate concerns preparation for dispatch; it does not by itself describe the delivery date. Track each stage using the information supplied for your order.

If you need an item for a particular occasion, state the date and destination before purchasing. Only rely on an expedited option when its availability, cost, and scope have been expressly agreed. Paying for faster preparation should not be assumed to change the carrier’s transit service.

Manuals, vehicle documents & intended use

Use instructions that match the product and revision supplied. For vehicle-document enquiries, identify the order and vehicle accurately, including the VIN where applicable. Check these details before requesting a document or correction.

A certificate of origin, bill of sale, owner’s manual, and registration approval serve different purposes. Having one does not guarantee that a vehicle may be registered or operated in every location. Check the requirements for your destination and intended use before purchasing; request any model-specific evidence you need.

Ask a question ↗

Sales tax & order charges

Review the complete order summary, including any applicable tax, delivery charge, selected service, or other disclosed cost. Product price and total order cost are not necessarily the same.

Do not interpret a general product description or another retailer’s policy as a tax exemption. Keep the final invoice with your order records and resolve an unclear charge before completing the purchase.

Choosing the right product

Start with intended use, physical fit, and the requirements that matter to you. Compare the actual supplied specifications and options rather than assuming that every model has the same equipment. A model-series number should not automatically be read as its exact engine displacement.

Use the product photos to inspect the configuration and available finishes. If a dimension, included component, or feature is important but not listed, ask about that particular point. An absent specification is not a promise of a feature, and a generic product photo should not substitute for the agreed order details.

Ride safely. Use your equipment responsibly.

Read the operating instructions and warning labels before use. Protective equipment, rider training, appropriate terrain, and the condition of the machine all matter; a photograph or performance figure cannot establish suitability.

For ATV riding, use a suitable helmet, eye protection, boots, gloves, long pants, and long sleeves. Riders under 16 should use only age-appropriate youth ATVs, never adult models. Do not carry a passenger on a single-rider machine.

Respect the manufacturer’s load and passenger limits, stay within your experience, and follow the rules for the location. Protective products also need correct fit and use. When in doubt about equipment condition or safe operation, stop and seek appropriate assistance.
